    • Description: LCC Sportmshenservice was set up on the 22th of October in 1999. It is a govermental LCC and the 100% of the capital is owed by the Government. Nowdays LCC Sportmshenservice is on the balance of the Ministry of the youth afairs and sports. It isn’t budgetary company and generates the financial sources on the basis of its own activities. The main activity of LCC Sportmshenservice is the rental service for Georgian National sport Fadaration and the Project construction activities. Georgia Hosted Youth Olympic Festival in 2015 and underthis important forum the govenrment took the responsibility to build a modern international standard sport complexes including Olympic Palace and Olympic Pool. Making their conception, projecting and construction was organaised by LTD “Sportmsenservice”. International observers, technical delegates and international olympic committee representative high evaluated both objects. Such high-standard complexes need special expluatation that accordingly requires a lot of financial support. Because of its legal status LTD “Sportmshenservice” doesn’t get any grant from the govenrment and financial condition of the company dependes on its current entrepreneurial activities. That is why the company taking the expanse unit into consideration had to manage not to decrease service level and on the other hand make the service level addordable for customers. To achieve this goal the company minimized expluatation expanses and studied tendencies on analogical market.
