    • Description: "Tbilservice Group" Ltd was founded by the Government of Tbilisi with 100% share capital in 2007. By the decree of the Tbilisi Municipality Government, in May 15 2016, Four legal entities based on 100% equity participation by Tbilisi Municipality City Hall have been united – „Tbilservice Group” LTD, “Realty-Tbilisi” LTD, “Tbilisi Parks” LTD and "City of Light"LTD. Due to the above mentioned, “Tbiliservice Group” LTD, except for cleaning the streets of Tbilisi, carries out the maintenance of the underground crossings, fountains, green areas of the municipalities (parks, gardens) and outdoor lighting. "Tbilservice Group" LTD has the following responsibilities throughout the capital: 1. Cleaning the streets of Tbilisi and waste management services; 2. Collection, transportation and recycling of household waste; 3. Collection and transportation of construction waste based on the individually signed contract; 4. Spreading the technical salt on the streets during snowfall; 5. Maintenance of drainage networks, drainage collectors, rain forests, tracks and control wells; 6. Servicing based on the individually signed contract; 7. Maintenance of underground passages owned by Tbilisi municipality; 8. Exploitation of fountains and ensuring their proper function; 9. Maintenance of a part of the municipality's green areas (parks and gardens); 10. Ensuring proper operation of outdoor lighting networks and communications.
